When uploading policies, evidence, or other documents into Trustero, it’s important to know when they’re ready for AI-powered features like control checks or Trustero Intelligence. Now, you can.
The new Indexing Status page gives you a clear view into the indexing process so you always know:
- What’s Ready
See which documents have been successfully indexed and are available for use by AI features.
- What’s Still Processing
During large imports — like from Archer — hundreds of items may take a few extra moments to process. You’ll now see how much is yet to index.
- What Needs Attention
Some files (like ZIPs or image-only documents) can’t be processed for AI use. These are flagged with clear explanations and options to retry or remove them.
- What to Do Next
Common issues like “unknown file type” or “failed parsing” are explained in plain language, with quick actions built in so you can resolve them on your own.
Why This Matters
Indexing is typically fast and invisible — just a few seconds per item, but when a document doesn’t show up where you expect it, having a place to check can save time and prevent confusion. Whether you're preparing for an audit, validating a new integration, or reviewing your evidence base, the Indexing Status page helps ensure your content is where it needs to be.
