Connect Jira Workflows to Trustero Evidence Collection

Many teams already use Jira to manage tasks and workflows. Now, you can connect Jira directly to Trustero, so evidence requests flow naturally between the two systems.

With the new Jira Workflow integration, you can:

• Create Jira tickets directly from Trustero when requesting evidence.
  
  
• Automatically track Jira tickets linked to controls in Trustero.
  
  
• Sync completed evidence: when files are attached to Jira tickets and the ticket is marked done, the evidence files are automatically pulled into Trustero.
  
  

This means you don’t have to manually upload files or piece together status updates. Evidence gathering happens where your team already works, while Trustero keeps the final results organized and ready for audits, control testing, and AI insights.

Get Started

Open the app and connect Jira under Integrations → Workflow, then select Jira. Follow the instructions to configure which Jira issues it will watch. Now, when a watched issue is closed, its evidence will automatically be added to related controls.
