Documentation & Support
- All help docs now live in one place
All of Trustero’s documentation is now in the support portal, so there’s a single, searchable destination for everything: https://support.trustero.com/knowledge - Recommended Tools support page now linked from scope page

Evidence
- Delete evidence from the control detail page
Clean up irrelevant or incorrect uploads directly where you're working. - View CSV evidence directly in-app
No need to download first — open structured files and scan their contents in the app.
Document Requests
- Unlink evidence from document requests more easily
Detaching evidence is now simpler and faster. - Document requests can be created with owners up front
No need to add owners after the fact — assign responsibility immediately. - Export document request lists as CSVs
Download and share request tracking outside the app when needed.
Examination & Test (E&T)
- Easier to cancel an E&T
If something changes midstream, cancellation is now straightforward. - Redirects to in-progress E&T after starting from dashboard
No more wondering what happened after kickoff — you land directly in your active E&T. - E&T no longer blocked by unmet prerequisites
You can now begin even if some optional conditions aren’t satisfied. - Real-time updates to design assessment check statuses
You’ll see the status change immediately, without needing to refresh.
Controls
- Framework filter improvements on controls index page
Narrowing views by framework is now easier on the control index page. - Control ID character limit increased to 20
More flexibility to use your organization's naming conventions.
Notifications & Status
- Site-impacting events now visible in the app
In addition to the status page, you’ll now see relevant outage or issue alerts directly in the app.
- Prompt to upload final audit report after closing
